Free Return Shipping: Good news! We cover the return shipping cost, making the process hassle-free for you. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges Made Easy: If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, go ahead and make a separate purchase for the new item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Your item must be in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
